Port Wine Sauce Recipe

1 1/2 C port wine
1/2 C brown sauce.. See Brown Sauce Recipe "you can buy it at any grocery store…Florida people Publix Greenwise "Pacific" stock."

3 T large shallots
1/4 C heavey cream
4 T cold butter , cut into 4 pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium Saucepan over high heat, boil the port, stock and shallots until it has reduced to 1/2 Cup. Stir in the cream and heat the mixture through.

Then reduce the heat to low and whisk in the butter, one piece at a time taking care not to overheat the sauce. season with S and P.

I really to rave about sauces but if you get a kickass steak, pan sear it until it released from the pan, flip and sear the other side until it releases. Then put it in the over at 350 for 3-5 minutes.. pull out place on a dish let rest for 5-10 minutes. Pure the pan juice into the port sauce stir in then pure over the sliced steak……… YUMMY
