2-3 lb. of fish (cod)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
pinch salt
1 clove garlic chopped
juice of 2 lemons
few sprigs of parsley and celery chopped small
black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cod in cold water until soft. Parboil about 18-20 inutes until tender and flaky. Drain and allow fish to cool. Break into small pieces. Place in bowl. In another bowl, add celery, parsley, oil, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Pour this mixture over the fish. Stir but be sure not to crush fish. Add olives.

I have this written on a 5 by 7 card in Charlotte Masceri's handwriting. I only made this once, probably 28 years ago for Christmas eve. Does anyone still make this?
