Ingredients: 1 lb rigatoni or penne rigati cooked to al dente 1 lb skinned boneless chicken breast halves, cut in 1-inch pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper 4 Tablespoons olive oil 2 (26-oz.) jars Classico di Parma Four Cheese Pasta Sauce 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup grated cheese, parmesan and/or locatelli 8 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese (grated or sliced) 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º In Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook and stir chicken in oil until chicken is lightly browned. Season with extra pepper and salt while frying. Stir in pasta sauce, cream and basil. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta and grated cheese. Turn into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add mozzerella cheese and mix in near the top of pasta (don't stir it too deep into the casserole but do not have it be on top of the pasta ). Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with parsley and additional grated cheese of choice if desired. |

Notes: Delicious!!! and Very Easy!! A great company or party dish! Can be made the day before and heated. We Love Cheese so I add a bunch extra to this recipe. Serve with Hot Pepper! A crowd pleaser!!! Enjoy!!!
