4-6 salmon fillets
1/4 cup butter melted
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1/2 cup pecans chopped (or any nuts you like)
4 tbsp parsley chopped
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Prepare foil lined baking sheet
Blend butter, mustard and honey.
Mix breadcrumbs, nuts and parsley
Place salmon skin side down on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread with honey mixture then coat with nut mixture.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
