3 tbsp water, heated
1 1/2 tbsp confectioner's sugar, dissolve in water
1/3 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup vinegar, strong

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water. Dissolve sugar in water. Cool syrup and add mint leaves and strong vinegar.

Make 1/2 hour before serving.
