Potatoes cubed
Onion diced
parsley
salt
pepper
garlic powder
thyme
sausage
bacon
ham
pork roll
Canadian bacon
shredded cheddar cheese
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up potatoes then fry with spices over medium heat stirring often. Fry all the meats and cut up into small pieces set aside.
When potatoes are almost finished add diced onion. Mix all the meats with the potatoes in large frying pan. Top with shredded cheese.
In another pan fry eggs or scramble.
Serve eggs on top of potatoes and cheese.

You can also use any leftover meats. I have used prime rib, steak and chicken.
Make sure you use the biggest frying pan you have, because by the time you add everything the pan is overflowing all over.
Use spices to taste, as many or as little that you want.
