1 lb. pkg cole slaw mix
1 bunch green onions w.tops (sliced 1/8-1/4" pcs)
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
2 pgs Top Ramen "oriental" noodle soup mix (reserve seasoning packet for dressing)

Dressing:
1 cup light oil (canola or olive, etc.)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar (3/4 cup honey is better)
2T water
Both seasoning packets from soup mix

Shake all in bottle until sugar is dissolved.

Pound noodles in plastic bag to reduce to 1/8 to 1/4 inch pieces. Mix noodles with onions, almonds, sunflower seeds and slaw mix. Add dressing and serve.
