baccala ( cut into bite size pieces)
salt and pepper
flour
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Baccala must be soaked in cold water for two to three days changing water about three times each day to soften.
Place flour,salt,and pepper in a plastic bag,add baccala, shake until well coated and deep fry until golden brown.
