2 cans flat anchovies
1/4 cup olive oil( plus the oil from anchovies)
1/4 to 1/2 cup white wine
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp.chopped parsley
1 lb thin,long pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, saute the oil and garlic until golden being careful not to burn it.Add parsley and anchovies and cook until anchovies begin to melt,
add wine and about 1/2 cup of water continue to cook for about 10 mins.Pour over cooked pasta.

Sometimes I add a little chicken broth if I need to extend the amount of sauce and I then eliminate the water.
