1 Package Barilla tubettini Pasta

1 medium Squash
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic

2 inch piece celery stalk
4 spoons olive oil

basil
Pancetta OR prosciutto

3 spoons grated Parmigiano
1 cup vegetable soup
1 fresh pepperoncino

grounded pepper

1. Chop the onions,garlic, and celery very small.
2. Heat a deep frying pan, and then add olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and celery with some salt and 
ground pepper. Take off heat and let sit.

3. Put water to boil, add salt, and then add pasta.Wait 7 minutes…do not completely cook!Drain
.

4. Peel the squash. Cut into pieces. Take out seeds. Clean all the “hairs” around insides. Make small
Strips and dice into small cubes. NO NEED TO RINSE.
5. Add pancetta or prosciutto to frying pan returning it to heat source. Add cubed squash. Add vegetable soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Add pasta. Add pepporincino, Olive oil, parmigiano.
