1 1/2 c. Pace Picante Sauce.
3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar.
1 tbsp. Dijon - style mustard.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.
3 c. hot cooked rice.

Directions:
Directions:
STEP 1. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce over chicken.
STEP 2. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serve with rice.
