1/4 lb. butter
Cake:
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (do NOT use low fat)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1.2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 X 12 " pan. Cream together butter and sugar, than add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and sour cream. Sift together remaining cake ingredients, add in small batches.
Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl. Put 1/2 of batter in pan, add 1/2 of topping, then repeat. Bake 30 minutes.
