6 whole eggs, separated
6 tablespoons sugar
1 gallon milk
1/2 cup Rum
1/2 cup Scotch
1/2 cup Amaretto
nutmeg, grated
1/2 gallon ice cream (vanilla, french vanilla or eggnog)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat together egg yolks and sugar.
2. Add milk one quart at a time and continue to beat after each addition.
3. Add liquors and beat again.
4. In a seperate bowl beat egg whites with a little sugar until stiff.
5. Fold beaten egg whites into eggnog.
6. Pour eggnog mixture into large punch bowl.
7. Float large spoonfuls of ice cream on top of eggnog.
8. Grate nutmeg on top.
