2 medium zucchini shredded
about 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
about 1/4 cup romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
chopped fresh basil (about a tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a very soft dough. Add more flour if necessary. Drop by tbsp full into frying pan with oil. Fry on both sides until browned. Drain on paper towel. Enjoy.
I find mixing by hand works very well.
