3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and knead dough lightly
Cover with bowl (or towel) and let rest 1/2 hour
Cut into pieces and flatten with rolling pin and cut into desired shape or run through pasta machine to desired thickness and width.
Let dry at least 1/2 hour before cooking.
Put 1 tbsp oil in water when boiling
It is done when pasta comes to the top
