1/2 cups olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 to 3 tbsp, fresh parsley, chopped fine
1lb small bay scallops
salt & pepper
1 1/2 lbs very thin pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat warm oil and add garlic, Turing til garlic turns golden,
Add parsley, stirring quickly.
Add Scallops & cook til they are translucent. (takes few mins)
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Remove from heat.
Drain pasta,
Serve wit scallops on top
