4 tble butter
1 cup heavy cream
salt, pepper & nutmeg
2/3 cups Parmesan cheese
1 lb fettuccine pasta
Directions:
Directions:
Put butter & 2/3 cups cream in large pot.
Cook together TTL cream is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat
Cook fettuccine, drain and transfer to pot
containing cream.
Over low flame add rest of cream, seasonings and Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
