1 lb. Chicken Breast

Batter:
3 large eggs
6tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Sauce:
2 tbsp Wondra Flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken stock
salt & pepper to taste
juice from 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken thin into cutlets.
Dip in 1/2 cup flour
Beat together Batter
Dip floured chicken in batter
Saute in olive oil & butter until browned
Squeeze lemon over chicken and bake in oven until done
make sauce. Heat until boiling then add lemon juice.
Serve over chicken
