2 lbs. spinach or other greens
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Clean spinach; then wash thoroughly. Place in deep, covered pan with salt and garlic, cut in half lengthwise. Cook in water that clings to leaves for 6 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Remove garlic. Drain. Add butter; toss lightly.
