1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. sugar
3/4 C. hot water
2 C. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and mayonnaise; add soda dissolved in water. Sift flour and cocoa together three (3) times. Add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and blend until smooth.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes 25-30 minutes for layer pans.
