Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 large sweet potatoes boiled whole
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes with all listed ingredients
TOPPING:
Melt butter and add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake until brown and crunchy.
Use 10" square glass dish
Bake 350F 30 min.
