1 lb Dried Apricots
1 Fifth Vodka
1 lb Rock Candy

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in tall, attractive glass jar with a lid (not tight). Let stand for three months, drain off apricots and serve. Apricots can be used as a meat garnish or ground up and used in apricot nut bread.
