1 # haddock
1 C bread crumbs
¼ C Craft (in the green container or freshly grated) Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp thyme
¼ C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cuisine art 2-3 slices of bread, add ¼ C Craft grated Parmesan cheese and the thyme.
2. Melt butter.
3. Cover the baking pan with a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.
4. Place the fish skin side down on the foil.
5. Generously sprinkle bread mixture over fish.
6. Drizzle melted butter over fish.
7. Bake at 500° for 12 minutes. Server immediately.

Preparation time (estimate): 12-15 minutes Baking/cooking time: 12 min.
I make a batch (triple the amount) of the bread crumb mixture and freeze it. This mixture can be taken out and sprinkled on a piece of fish in an instant and dinner ready in 15 minutes. The size of fish and the appetite of the dinners determine serving size.
