1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 big can walnuts (approximately 2 c)
1 box dates
1/2 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Oven 325.
Melt butter, stir then add sugar, eggs, chopped nuts and dates. Mix baking powder with flour and fold in to egg mixture along with the vanilla. Pour into prepared pan, bake 30 minutes.
