1 large egg
1 c. tomato soup or tomato paste
1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned in can)
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. onion (finely diced)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl whisk egg thoroughly, add the soup (or tomato paste) and continue to blend until well combined. Add cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and onions. Continue to mix until thoroughly combined. Add beef and pork and continue to mix with your hands until thoroughly combined. Place mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes until done or center reaches 165º. Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
