Ingredients:  
1 lb. of premium ground beef
1 tsp. celery salt
4 inner celery stalks with the leafy tops (the real tender ones from the celery heart)
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 hamburger buns
2 to 3 tsp. of Tabasco
4 to 6 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. horseradish
1 shallot, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, gently combine ground beef, Tabascoİ, Worcestershireİ sauce, ketchup, egg, horseradish, shallots and celery salt. Divide in four sections, form into patties and set aside. Finely chop celery stocks and place in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and oil. Toss and set aside. Grill burger patties to desired degree of doneness. Toast buns. Assemble burgers, topping each patty with a tablespoon of chopped celery.
