1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs
2 slices white bread, crust removed
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. worchest. sauce
dash of tabasco

Directions:

Cook and crumble sausage, drain.
Beat eggs and add ingredients.
Pour into greased 3 qt. casserole.
Add the sausage
Place bread on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350F - 45 min.

This is never done in 45 minutes, Carolyn must have been on crack that day. Cook it until eggs are firm, usually 1 hour and 15 minutes.
