Ingredients:
12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz Butterscotch chips
18 oz peanut butter
2 sticks butter
2/3 C milk
small box vanilla cook/serve pudding
2 lbs powdered sugar
1 lb dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips in a double boiler. Spread half of the chocolate mixture in pan, cool to harden. Add dry roasted peanuts to the remaining chocolate, stir and set aside. In large pan, melt butter, add milk and pudding. Stir constantly, let boil for one minute and remove pan from heat, add powdered sugar and stir until smooth. This will look strange, but keep stirring and it will smooth out. Pour warm pudding mixture over hardened chocolate. Spread chocolate peanut mixture over the pudding. Refrigerate.
