1/4 onion, chopped
2 small potatoes
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, potatoes, garlic and herbs in a frying pan until fully cooked. In separate bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add cheese to egg mixture and pour over potatoes in pan. Reduce heat to low and cover.
Cook 8-10 minutes, until eggs are no longer liquid.
Remove lid and place in broiler for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is browned. Serve immediately.
