2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of hot sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon of salad oil (I use Wesson Oil)
1 clove of garlic, minced
The caviar:
1-15oz. can of black-eyed peas, (drained, rinsed slightly, and patted dry with paper toweling) or black beans
with paper toweling)
1-11oz. can of corn, drained
2/3 cup of chopped green onion add or substitute red onion
2/3 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 lb. of Roma tomatoes, chopped (usually means two)
1 avocado, chopped Add just before serving

Mix dressing together & set aside. Mix all the caviar ingredients together, add dressing, then add avocado & serve.
