8 c old fashioned oatmeal 1T vanilla extract
1c plus 1T olive oil 1/2 c plus 1 T honey
1/2 c each almonds, walnuts and pecans
1/2 c each raisins, cranberries and other dried fruits

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oatmeal, oil, vanilla and honey. Spread on
cookie sheet with sides and bake at 325º for 30
minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
2. Cool and then add dried fruits. Store in covered
container.
