9-12 slices bread (cubed) 6 eggs
1/2 # cheddar cheese (grated) 3 c milk
1/2 # Monterey jack, sliced 1/2 t salt
cubed ham, browned breakfast sausage or bacon
(diced and browned), mushrooms (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease 13x9 pan and line with cubed bread. Layer
with cheeses and then meat and/ or mushrooms.
2. Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pour over
everything. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning bake at 350º for about 1 hour.
