3 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs, room temp
1 cup Ghiradelli sweet ground chocolate
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla for 5 minutes on medium speed until light and fluffy
Turn mixer to lowest speed; add eggs one at a time
In separate bowl, combine sweet ground chocolate, flour, salt, and 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Stir and break up any lumps.
Add dry mixture to creamed mixture in two additions, stirring after each addition. Pour all but 1 cup of cake batter into 9x5" non-stick loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over batter; pour rest of batter over chips.
Bake 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil; bake another 35 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Let cake cool at least 4 hours before slicing.
