4 oz Rotini pasta
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbl butter
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 C fresh snipped parsley
½ C chicken stock
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp salt
2 C fresh or frozen broccoli
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. In a saucepan cook onion & garlic in butter until tender, next add tomatoes, parsley, chicken stock, oregano, basil & salt. Bring mixture to a boil and add broccoli cover & simmer for 4 min. Pour the pasta to the tomato mixture, pour into an 8x8x2 baking dish. Bake covered for 15 min. at 325 degrees remove & sprinkle the cheese over the top then place it back in the oven uncovered for 5 min. until the cheese is evenly melted.
