Apple Dessert Recipe

3 6 cups cut up apples
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbl cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients and set aside.

3 cups flour
cup sugar
tsp salt
2 sticks butter
3 egg yolks

1/2 jar of caramel sauce

Mix flour, sugar & salt. Cut in 1 cup of butter. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat until softened. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture. Place the remainder in pan and pat down. Cover with apples.

Pour jar caramel topping over. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 50 minutes (until brown)
