3 – 6 cups cut up apples
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbl cornstarch
*Mix above ingredients and set aside.

3 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 sticks butter
3 egg yolks

1/2 jar of caramel sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar & salt. Cut in 1 cup of butter. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat until softened. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture. Place the remainder in pan and pat down. Cover with apples.

Pour ½ jar caramel topping over. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes (until brown)
