2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in peanut butter until well blended.
Combine egg with milk and pour into flour mixture. Stir lightly and quickly with rubber spatula until just blended (about 8 stirs). Lightly stir in chocolate chips.
Use large scoop (ice cream scoop).
Bake in muffin pan for about 22 minutes.
