½ pound (2 sticks) of butter
¾ cup of sugar
1 Tbsp. of brandy

2 cups of sifted flour
1 cup of finely chopped pecans

Hershey Kisses (About 40, usually)

Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and brandy until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour and nuts; blend well. Chill dough for one hour. Shape dough around kisses (about 1 tablespoon per kiss). Roll to make a ball. Be sure to cover candy completely.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 12 minutes until the cookies are set but not browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
