1 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice
1 c. water
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Spread meat (uncooked) in 9x13 dish. Spread rice, then onions and celery over meat. Mix both cans of soup and cup of water, mix well. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove and stir well, breaking meat up into small pieces. Return to oven and bake 30 min. more.
