2- 7oz. whole green chilies
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
16 oz. grated Monterey jack cheese
4 eggs
2 T. flour
13 oz. can evaporated milk
15 oz. tomato sauce

Split and clean chilies. Layer chilies and cheese in 9x13 baking dish.

Blend eggs, flour and milk. Pour over chilies.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. THEN...

Pour tomato sauce over all and return to oven for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
