Calico Beans Recipe

1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 15 oz. can lima or butter beans
1 15 oz. can pork and beans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 T. mustard
1 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. celery chopped
1 lb. hamburger (I prefer venison)
1 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. ham

Fry bacon and crumble.

Use bacon grease to fry meat, onion, celery and garlic.

Dice ham and add all to a large casserole dish.

Stir well.

Bake 1 hour and 30 min. in 300 oven.

Amply serves 8-10.
