2 - 3 lbs cut up chicken
2 T butter
2 C water ( more, if necessary)
1 medium onion - sliced
2 or 3 tsp poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz)
2 C Bisquick
2/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter. Add onion, water & poultry seasoning. Make sure water covers chicken. Let cook about 1/2 hour on medium heat. Add soup, stir and cook 15 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and let cook about 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Add water if necessary so mixture will be juicy before you add the dumplings. Mix Bisquick and milk together. Drop batter by spoonful in pot with chicken. Cook 10 minutes with cover off and 10 minutes with cover on.
