1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
2 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb uncooked medium noodles
1 C cottage cheese - small curd
1 - 8oz cream cheese
1/4 C sour cream
1/3 C sliced green onion
1/4 C chopped green pepper
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is soft. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic powder & pepper. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain. In bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion & green pepper. Spread 1/2 the noodles in 9X13 baking dish. Top with a little of the meat sauce. Cover with all the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles, then meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
