2 c. fresh basil leaves
1 c. walnut halves
1 to 3 cloves garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (Williams Sonoma)
1 cup grated parmesan (Reggiano is good but expensive)
1/4 cup fresh grated Romanno cheese (not from a green can)
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop garlic in a food processor then add basil and walnuts and chop fine. Scrape edges of food processor bowl. Drizzle oil into the mix while processor is on. Stop and add cheeses. Pulse lightly until blended.
Serve with fetechini pasta, roasted red peppers, chicken, roasted veggies or on a baguette.
