2 1/2 pound round or sirlion steak cut 1 1/2 inches thick
2 tbls vegtable oil
2 tbls parsley
12oz. mushrooms chopped fine
2 medium onions chopped fine
2 tsps. worchestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic minced
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup of soft bread crumbs

ºpreheat oven to broil
Over meduim heat saute mushrooms,onion,garlic and oil until liquid is released from mushrooms (about 8 minutes). Remove from heat add bread crumbs, salt and pepper, parsley and worchestershire sauce. Set aside. Cut deep horizontal pocket in meat and stuff with ingredients. Pin together with toothpicks.
Broil 5 inches from heat source for about ten minutes on each side for meduim rare.
