2 lbs. Mushrooms chopped.
1 large onion chopped.
4 (or more!) cloves of garlic finely copped.
1 zucchini chopped (optional).
1lb of sweet Italian sausage.
2 15 oz. cans of tomato sauce.
1 8oz. can of tomato paste.
olive oil.
dried basil.
dried oregano.
dried rosemary.
garlic salt and pepper.
wine (I use white zin, but whatever you have will work).
(get some spaghetti noodles too!)

Heat sweet Italian sausage @ med-high in large skillet until the meat is browned (no pink!). Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and a couple tbsp. of olive oil. Stir occasionally. As the mushrooms start to shrink add 1/2 cup of wine. Stir occasionally for a few minutes until mushrooms and zucchini are soft. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir until paste is completly mixed in. Add garlic salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and rosemary - stir in. After a minute reduce heat to simmer. Cover and let sit for at least 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
