1 c. sugar
1 c. walnut meats, chopped
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together until they are wet. Do not over mix. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x9"x2" square baking pan. Bake at 350 º F for 20-30 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
