8 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 (8-oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Form into crust into a 10-inch buttered pie plate. Brown meat with onion and peppers until tender. Stir in cut up and drained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat through. Spread cottage cheese over "crust". Fill pie with meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
