1 stick butter
4 potatoes peeled & diced
1 onion diced
2 carrots diced
2 celery stalks; diced
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. Half & Half
2 c. milk regular or 2%
oysters; cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and saute' the vegetables. Add the flour & stir into a paste. Add half & half; stir and bring to a simmer. Add the oysters (cooked) with juice & simmer for 30 minutes.
