1 lb ham
1 1/2 lb fresh pork

MARG ADDS
1 c dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper
2 eggs beaten
3/4 c milk

TOPPING
1/3 c brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
1/4 c white sugar

Directions:

Mix and sprinkle topping on loaf.
Bake 350º 1 hour

SERVE with Horseradish cream:
1 c whipped cream
1/4 c drained horseradish
4 1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1 t minced parsley
