1 can Cherries in water- (Not pie filling)
2 1/4 t quick cooking tapioca
1 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries and retain liquid.
Add sugar and tapioca to liquid and stir.
Add cherries back to liquid. Let stand while you make the crust.
Put into pie crust which you have coated with butter. Cover with the top crust, also coat with butter.

Bake 450º 15 min reduce heat 350 º
and bake 35 minutes more.
